“The Passage” by artist Carrie Hullar is a mixed media piece inspired from the recent passing of a dear friend. It is symbolic of the passing on life we all must go through to reach our eternal destiny. This beautiful work is in Acrylic created using a gel-plate printing process. It is on solid balsm wood cradle board 6x6. It has a Sho Sui Ban Japanese technique to the sides of the canvas which is actually created using a large blow torch.
