Sunrise in the City is a contemporary Acrylic painting by artist a Carrie Hullar. The reflections on windows of a skyscraper in Atlanta Georgia was the inspiration for this colorful sunrise on a sunny summer day. This unique piece was created using various colors of Pebeo Acrylic paints using an impasto technique, applied with a palette knife and catalyst wedge for texture and depth.
