Broken Open is a mixed media art piece created by artist Gina Parris. This piece was inspired by the large orginal painting Broken Open (which original is unavailable) in which the artist wrote a quote on he back by Elizabeth Lesser “ How strange that the nature of life is change, yet the nature of human beings is to resist change. And how ironic the difficult times we fear might ruin us are the very ones that can break us open and help us blossom into what we were meant to be.” This piece was created using broken colorful glass, epoxy resin and Pebeo acrylic pigments. It is now available in a 4x6 Giclee Fine Art Print matted in a white acid free archival matt. Other larger sizes available upon request: 11x14(S100) matted to a 16x20, 8x10 ($50) matted to a 11x14, or a 5x7 ($20). Each print is hand signed by the artist and comes in a white acid free archival matt.
